Levle buy off meaning buying off your level adjustment

Mar 16, 2008 19:21:00 So how does this work. I am level 4. i have 12000 xp and my DM has cleared me to spend the xp to buy off now.

so that brings me down 11000.... which means that i have enough xp to become 5 th lvl. do i get that level?
