I was thinking
Human
Cloistered Cleric 5/Ordained Champion(heironeous) 5/Contemplative 10
if you guys have any suggestions as to how i could improve this i'm all ears.
There is a house rule in effect: there is a penalty system identical to the one that applies to base classes that applies only to prestige classes, finished prestige classes count as favored classes.

Stats: i don't have stats yet, but i think they'd go wis/cha/str/con/int/dex
Feats: I want knowledge devotion, and probably holy warrior, some sort of dmm, I would like some input on whether to go persist or quicken, and a bunch of extra turning. I have a bunch of feats left, this is the major area that i would like help, with particularly the fighter feats.

Domains: War is a given b/c it basically qualifies me for ordained champ by itself, and knowledge from CC. I end up with alot of domains, so i'd really appreciate some help picking them.

Spells: i have a short list that i know i'll use, if anyone has any spells that they use alot i'd like to hear about them.

Books: 3.5 i'll have to check, sorry i just changed groups

Flavor: i really want to make a pious dbag, who is extremely zealous and self rightous and paranoid.
for example
rogue: we've really got to break him out
me: agreed
rogue: i'll just go swipe the keys from the guard-
me: stealing is the work of HEXTOR

First off, the 5th Cleric level seems sub-optimal (Clr 4 gets you into OC). Not sure what you're best off replacing it with, but any reasonable option seems better. Contemplative 1 might be the best bet.

Church Inquisitor is probably better for you than Conteplative. It's 4 skill points/level. It gives the Inquisition domain, and that gives Knowledge Devotion. Plus, it's perfect for the pious paranoid part. And take at least five levels - it's a great defensive class, as it's immune to half the illusion school and the whole enchantment school. And, the capstone ability is better than it looks, because it automatically tells you whether someone's hiding something (if they attempt a save, you know they lied to you and can move on to better techniques such as speak to dead:D ).

The domains I'd recommend are War and Destiny (awesome domain spells at 3rd, 6th, 9th), and take Spontaneous Destiny casting. When you take OC, you can add the Law domain, trading it out for Law Devotion (assuming enough turn attempts) or a fighter feat. When you take Church Inquisitor, you can trade it out for Knowledge Devotion, although I wouldn't, as the +4 to dispel checks is something that's harder to come by than a feat.

I wouldn't go for quicken (you're not likely to have enough swift actions as it is), but DMM Persist comes highly recommended here if you have enough turn attempts (persitent Choose Destiny, Holy Transformation, Divine Power, Righteous Might, Surge of Fortune), but you'll be ok without it, and just using the turn attempts to power Law Devotion. I think the goal is 17 turn attempts: 2 persistent spells (or 4 if they're extended/sudden extended), and a second use of Law Devotion.

You may want power attack and a 2-handed weapon (and a floating shield and defending armor spikes). But, after that, I don't know how many feats are better than taking more extra turnings for +7 to hit and/or ac for a whole fight.

For stats, if you're doing knowledge devotion, you probably want str/wis/int/con/cha/dex (you want 14 base INT, I think). Bonus spells are nice, but you don't really care about DCs. More turn attempts are easy to get (reliquary holy symbol and extra turnings plus one (but no more than one) nightstick and Eagle's Splendor).

The one thing I know is that you'll have fun with this.
