I'm looking for some tips to maximize my Rogue's potential melee damage.

Books Allowed: All
Multi-Classes: Rogue/Fighter/Invisible Blade (open to the idea of replacing Fighter with Swashbuckler)
Weapon of Choice: TWF Kukris
(stats below are not finalized, but a possibility of what I may go with)
Str: 11
Dex: 19
Con: 14
Int: 18
Wis: 8
Cha: 6

General tips on class selection and feat selection?

It's hard for me not to recommend a rogue4/swashbuckler16 with the able learner, TWF, and daring outlaw feats.

Gish with persisted hunter's eye is not an option?

As usual: is Tome of Battle available? Either Kukris (with tiger/blood claw) or Daggers (with shadow blade / hand) work quite well with TWFing. Take Swordsage-1 at CL 1,3,or 6, and Swordsage-2 at CL8. That gives you shadow blade (Dex to damage) feat whenever you take SS1, as well as Island of Blades stance (cheater's flank). SS2 gives you Asssassin's stance (2d6 more SA when you really flank and don't need IoB).

Okay... how about feats? TWF and such is an obvious. But what about Improved Crit: Kukri? And feel free to suggest any other must haves.

Improved crit is inly worthwhile if your DM allows a spell that stacks with it for crit range (there's a Deathless Domain spell that does this, but it's fairly obscure). Otherwise, save yourself a feat and get a Keen Kukri.

Craven is popular with a lot of people. It's especially nice if you expect to critical a lot, as unlike SA *die*, damage from craven multiples n a crit.
