Looking for help on a thrower build.

Is there any way to avoid the -4  to hit with ranged weapon  on a prone target ? 

I could not find any feat or class with something like that.

Sep 20, 2011 16:57:56 		Prone targets get a -4 to AC, so it's +4 to hit them, not -4.

If you are with a ranged weapon, that's a +4 AC, making prone target harder to hit with a ranged weapon
