#1 stpetegamer Jul 24, 2008 1:43:35	So I am building a cleric based on Mr Icy/Hot (the link in my sig) and I am looking for some help picking out some feats. I have 3 feats to pick after I took Heat Endurance(qualifier for my PrC) and Corpsecrafter. I am not looking to make a banger just a good casting/skill oriented cleric with a strong Necro base. Hoping you guys can help me out some as I am kind of hitting a wall looking through all the books my eyes are just starting to glaze over Also, I am a Necropolitan so that should be considered. Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated. Rock it out. Edit: sorry forgot to add the books available everything except for eberon/faerun exclusive books. Thanks again guys and gals

Yeah but I am saving that cheese for my next character who will be a dwarven cleric. I figure better to use that cheese with a cleric who is going to be a banger. This character is not a banger more a crafter/summoner/skill guy I do not think the persist cheese can really be exploited efficiently without being a banger.... Thanks for the suggestion though.
#4 eardatch Jul 24, 2008 18:14:58	Hmmm, augmented summoning could be good. I think there is another feat that makes summon monster spells standard actions, rapid summoning or something like that.

#6 fearlessfreddy Jul 25, 2008 10:24:16	You could take the Summoner Domain from Spell Compendium and use the Spontaneous Domain Casting ACF from PHB2. You get all the summon spells except for Planar Ally at levels 6 and 8, and gate at level 9, but those aren't exactly bad spells anyhow.

You get all the summon spells except for Planar Ally at levels 6 and 8, and gate at level 9, but those aren't exactly bad spells anyhow. I took the cloistered cleric alternate class. The three Domains I am going with are Knowledge (req), Deathbound, and Spell. I will however look into that ACF sounds interesting.

I may have been imagining that rapid summoning feat but the augmented summoning is from the PHB, requires spell focus conjuration though. In the PHB2 there is the imbued summoning metamagic feat which lets you summon monsters with other buffs already cast on them.
