A friend of mine is running a custom campaign setting with some classes he made up, with very little magic. As in, you have to take a feat to even have one third of your levels be in a casting class. Now I'm playing a class he came up with that's kinda like a rogue with full BAB, all good saves, 10+int skill points a level, and all skills as class skills. He also lets us choose a "special ability" at the beginning of each campaign, including things like a bonus feat or a +4 and a +2 ability increase. I chose the ability increase with the 4 going to int and the 2 going to dex. I don't recall the exact scores right now (I'll add them later), but long story short, I get 17 skill points a level, and even though we're starting at level one, I have 68 skill points to spend. Also, as regards the magic, alchemy items are all the same. I just wanted to hear your suggestions as to what I ought to do with my skill points, or future level builds, or especially fun alchemical items you've seen. |

Homebrew 15/ Swashbuckler 3/ Monk 2 ... seems very good to me take the Feat : Carmondine Monk(Champions of Valor)... get Int to AC instead of Wis and use OVERWHELMING ATTACK Style Monk ... thus you get access to Power Attack and Imp Sunder for free... without having the Reqs for them :D |
