Luck and The dark sword...

There's this prestige class from rokugan called the dark sword of bitter lies and I was wondering how close I could come to emulation using the 3.5 D&D books I'd like to make playable outside the rokugan for in the next adventure I doubt I'll be allowed Ogl material. So with out futher ado:

Class Features:
•Weapon & Armor Proficiency: Bitter Lies swordsmen are proficient in all simple and martial weapons as well as in light and medium armor.

•Foolish Bravery: So long as they neither retreat nor falter, a Bitter Lies swordsman cannot be defeated. Whenever the Bitter Lies swordsman attacks a more powerful enemy, he gains a +1 morale bonus on all attacks and damage rolls for every three levels of HD his opponent has greater that his own (minimum one, no bonus is applied if the opponent is equal or lesser level). This applies only if the Bitter Lies swordsman immediately attacks what he perceives to be the most powerful foe present (in case of a tie, he may choose). Should the swordsman retreat or fail to attack (or at least pursue his opponent) for even a single round, use of this ability is lost for that combat. If the most powerful opponent present is defeated, then this bonus applies to the surviving most powerful opponent, and so on, until all applicable opponents have been defeated. At 4th Level this bonus increases to +2 for every three levels of difference.

• Luck of the Dark Sword: Once per day per level in the class the Bitter Lies swordsman can reroll any attack roll, skill check, or saving throw that he makes during combat or any other life or death situation. If the new result fails and would directly result in the swordsman’s immediate death (such as failing a Climb check while dangling over a vat of boiling pitch), he may roll a third time, but must keep the final result.

• Glory of the Bitter Lies: At 3rd level the Bitter Lies swordsman becomes immune to all fear effects, and gains a +2 morale bonus on all saves against
mind-affecting effects.

• Embrace the Dark Sword: At 5th level, the swordsman has mastered the Dark Sword technique. Each time he defeats an opponent with equal or greater Hit Dice, the swordsman gains a +2 bonus on all attack and damage rolls for the rest of combat. This bonus stacks with all other bonuses, including multiple applications of this ability.

Ideally I'm trying to accompish this through class feats not items but the most important thing is that it have the luck rolls and is a warrior esque build...

Are there any luck masters on the boards?

Thank you in advance for any support you can provide in the matter...

The Knight class from the PHII,is a decent match for this guy, coupled with the luck feats from the Complete Scoundrel it would basically be the same thing, just with better armor, and the best HD there is.

Luck feats from Complete Scoundrel?

Check Chapter 3 of the Complete Scoundrel..it literally has a section called Luck feats. The feats allow you to reroll certain things by spending a luck reroll,Like Better Lucky Than Good, lets you treat a roll of 1 as a nat 20 when you roll for an attack. They are a decent line of feats, having a reroll for practically everything.

Actually a few years back WoTC released a web enhancement that converted rokugan setting to 3.5. They said whatever wasn't listed in that web update was considered to already be 3.5. That might help, not sure where you will find the update.
