I'm planning a glaivlock build (1 cleric/1 warlock/2 cleric/10 eldritch disciple/??).  Obviously I need to maximize my armor class.

At Level 1: AC 22 (6 DragonScale Husk, 2 Dex, 2 Large Shield, 1 Dodge, 1 Luck).

At Level 2: AC 19 (6 DragonScale Husk, 2 Dex, 1 Luck), retrained Dodge for MortalBane.

At Level 3: AC 20 (7 DragonScale Husk, 2 Dex, 1 Luck)

At Level 5: AC 24 (8 Skin, 2 Dex, 1 Deflection, 1 Dodge, 1 Luck, 1 Natural)

At Level 7: AC 25 (8 Skin, 2 Dex, 1 Deflection, 1 Dodge, 1 Luck, 1 Natural, 1 insight)

At Level 9: AC 31 (8 Luminous Armor, 6 Alter Self, 2 Dex, 1 Deflection, 1 Dodge, 1 Luck, 1 Natural, 1 insight)

Using Humanoid Shape Invocation [DragonMagic] (Troglodyte) which is basically alter self.  The Troglodyte gives me a racial +6 natural armor which stacks with natural armor enhancements.  The Luminous Armor is persistent thanks to Divine Metamagic feats.

Now here comes my question.  I want to buy a "Belt, Monk's" which would give me a wisdom bonus to my AC.  Technically the Ectoplasmic Amor doesn't take up an armor slot, so I should qualify for the monk AC bonus. Right?

The same could be said for the skin, but the skin states it is considered light armor, even though it too is considered slotless.  The Luminous Armor states it has the apperance of armor, nothing about it being considered light armor.

Thoughts on using Luminous Armor [BoED] with a Monk's Belt?

Any other suggestions on maximizing my armor class?

You can use Luminous Armor, Mage Armor, Bracers of Armor, etc, with a Monk's Belt, yes. As long as it isn't actual armor, and doesn't say it counts as armor, then it isn't armor.
