Invisible Blade build

We just lost a player we need a replacement character.. And we lost a roguish character and i thought i should go for a character that can also assist the 14th lvl grappler i have been playing (originally for LG but swapped to FR).

So i thought an 14th lvl Invisible Blade could be fun!!

Now the grappler is a Wood Elf with

Str 21
Dex 12
Con 12
Int 8
Wis 16
Cha 8

Levels and feats i have chosen for the Grappler are:

Monk 4, Fighter 1, Barbarian 1, Reaping Mauler 5, Avenging Executioner 3

Jotunbrud, Stunning Fist (Monk), Improved Unarmed Strike (Monk), Combat Reflexes (Monk), Close Quarters Fighting, Earths Embrace, Clever Wrestling, Improved Grapple (Reaping Mauler), Mobility (Reaping Mauler), Ability Focus +2 (sleeper Hold), Scorpions Grasp

Which gives a +27 Grapple check not including my magical items which is generally good enough for most things i come across.

Now for the Invisible Blade..

I have access to most 3.5 books (not Tome of Battle), 28 point buy, 75,000 gold, am allowed instant qualification to be an I-Blade.

So.. His stats would to go something like:

Str 12
Dex 18
Con 10
Int 20
Wis 8
Cha 10

Now my idea was to go for the best unarmoured AC i could (as he'll some-what be shielding the grappler). And the other idea to get as good a critical with the Kukri he'll be wielding so the grappler grabs the opponent, the I-Blade criticals him and finishes him..

Sooo.. Fighter 2, Factotatum 3, Rogue 5, Invisible Blade 4 (obviously to be 5)

Feats: Combat Expertise, Improved Critical, Point blank shot, Far shot, Weapon Focus (Kukri), Power Critical (Kukri), With one left over??

I thought these Magic items to boost AC & Int - Ring of protection +3, Bracers of Armour +3, Headband of intellect +6, gloves of Dex +2.. With 6,000 left over for his dagger..

Giving AC of 38 against one opponent in a round.

So i ask thee CO masters to improve upon this build and make him a real death dealer and avoider

This board hates reaping maulers like the plague, for some reason. I'm not particularly experienced with them, but the boards have a habit of steering me in the right direction.

You did good with the feat selection, from what I can tell, though I don't know what Jotunbrud does.

Now for that invisible blade:

Does factotum add Int to damage? because if not you need exactly 3 levels of swashbuckler. That will give you a +5 on all your damage, and with some keen kukris you're looking at10 extra damage 25 percent of the time, plus sneak attack. Not too shabby if you ask me. Be sure to pick up the alternate class feature "shield of blades" from PHB II.
