Lvl 20 Gestalt character optimization, supernatural, no spellcasting

So a friend of mine is running a random, semi-throwaway lvl 20 Gestalt game in 3.5, just to have some fun.  I had the idea that I wanted a character that wasn't a spellcaster, but had a lot of interesting and powerful supernatural/spell-like/extraordinary abilities...basically power incarnate within himself.  Initially had no idea if this was even do-able, but just for examples, punch someone, they blow up, or look at them and they ignite, or just start flying, no wings, no spells, nothing but will.  Just...innate power and ability.  I hit upon having one half of the gestalt just be straight 20 levels of Dragonfire Adept, for the breath weapon craziness, an ability, and the invocations, which aren't really spells, and don't require nearly the tracking necessary, since they're at-will.  A friend heard the above example and thought "hey, monk with a psiwar level and ten levels of pyrokineticist with tashalatora would do most of that, and be pretty awesome besides"  Which I was figuring I would go with, until we realized that the two progressions had virtually no synergy.  Also, monk is lawful, and pyrokineticist is chaotic...remedied by chaotic monk, but still.  Anyway, just thought I'd throw this out here and see if people had any inspired thoughts or helpful ideas.

most of the abilities you want can best be accuired via templates and races

so I would go for Half-Fey andor phrenic creature (both srd, the latter is psionic)
and DFA of course is somehow what you discribed - allthoug invocations ar "kind of" a magic ability (aka spells)

Magic in the Blood as Feat will give you all your spell/psilike abilities as 3/day, so you would definatly want to take that one, too.

depending on how you would want to play and how your group handles leveladjustment in gestalt (most let you put the LA on either side of you gestalt in any way you want) i would suggest to still play Monk as your second half - possibly with enlightened fist (by RAW, invocations are equivalents of spells - thus you qualify) and concentrate on CHA, CON (in that order) - note, that the build itsself is optimizable - I'm just not in the mood ;), you have loads of free feats, the essentials / required ones are noted, since phrenic gives you a power point, you qualify for psionic feats - and that still fits your wished concept, as well as ability focus or breath feats

Attributes (32 point buy)

Str: 10 + 6 (Item) = 16
Con: 18 + 6 (Item) + 5 (lvls) + 5 (tome) + 2 (Dwarf) - 2 (Half Fey) = 26
Dex: 10 + 6 (Item) - 2 (Dwarf) + 2 (Half Fey) = 16
Cha: 16 + 6 (Item) + 4 (tome) + 4 (Phrenic) + 4 (Half Fey) =34
Int: 10 + 6 (Item) +2 (Phrenic) = 18
Wis: 8 + 6 (Item)  + 2 (Phrenic) + 2(HalfFey) = 18

LG Half-Fey Phrenic Desert Dwarf
Half Fey // Monk 1 ; Stunning Fist, Magic in the Blood
Half Fey // Monk 2 ; monk bonus feat
Phrenic // Monk 3 ; Combat Casting
Phrenic // Monk 4
DFA 1 // Paladin 1
DFA 2 // Paladin 2; feat
DFA 3 // Ranger 1
DFA 4 // Enlightened Fist 1
DFA 5 // Enlightened Fist 2 ; ascetic Mage
DFA 6 // Enlightened Fist 3
DFA 7 // Enlightened Fist 4
DFA 8 // Enlightened Fist 5 ; feat
DFA 9 // Enlightened Fist 6
DFA 10 // Enlightened Fist 7
DFA 11 // Enlightened Fist 8 ; feat
DFA 12 // Enlightened Fist 9
DFA 13 // Enlightened Fist 10
DFA 14 // Deepwarden 1 ; feat
DFA 15 // Deepwarden 2
DFA 16 // Ranger 2 (Two Weapon Fighting)

You get CON and CHA to your AC (but not DEX), CHA to Saves, loads of spellike abilities and well ... a breath weapon ... ok unarmed Damage and ok BaB (+19)
