Hi there,

is there a magic item (or feat maybe) that stops your character's aging? Like in the druid's Timeless Body class feature e.g.?

Surreal's List o' Stuff. Search for Timeless Body. Note that of those listed there, Cloud Anchorite is probably the only way to never die. Most of the others still die at maximum lifespan(Alienist gets abducted instead), but no longer suffer penalties.

Emerald Something from Complete Arcana has a LvX ability that makes you an immortal construct.

Green star Adept. The 10th level ability, Emerald Perfection, is what you are referring to.

There are no feats that I know of that will help with aging. There are spells (and thus items) that can drain life from other living creatures and reverse natural aging, but they are mostly high if not epic level, and using them is generally an evil act.

There is one Epic Feat. Extended Lifespan. Increases the maximum age modifier by 50% each time. Barely worth it even as a non-Epic Feat. Ruathar from Races of the Wild does something similar, but once-off.

Necropolitan is a 0LA template that makes you undead, so you don't realy age anymore...

Wouldn't something that turns you into an outsider (like monk or countless other prcs) also make you immortal?

Too often, as with Monk, they specifically say that you still die "when your time's up". You just don't get the additional penalties(but still accumulate the bonuses, and old age-related penalties don't go away). Cloud Anchorite is a specific exception.

If you can create an emination to replicate the effects of a timeless plane (Planar Bubble could work). So long as you remain in it you will not age, nor need to eat, or suffer from poisons.

The only magic item that I know about would be the Gray Portrait, an artifact found here. However, I believe that the best way to avoid death from aging would be simply to become a necropolitan, as mentioned above.

One of the last Dragon magazines had a 9th level spell that let you transform a magic item of at least 2000 gold into an item that prevents you from aging (5000 XP cost). It was in the one themed for immortals, but I don't recall the number off hand.

Some cheap Necromancer book had a spell (6th level I think) that made it so that when you cast it, you wont age that day.

Cast it every day, and you wont age. Took 1 hour to cast and did not have any expensive component.

Sadly I cant remember the name of the book.

Heart of Stone is another good spell to put on to achieve the "You can't kill me." factor, in addition to outliving your opponents.

To recap:
Cloud Anchorite;infinite lifespan.
Green Star Adept; infinite lifespan, majority of Construct immunities(everything except mind-affecting immunity), Damage Reduction(which works like Heart of Stone, without the dangerous flaw) and as long as you don't drop to 0, you'll never die(if you do however, it will be a major PITA recovering from Destruction).

The spell Balthanon mentioned is called "Kissed by the Ages", found in Dragon #354.

I also recommend reading this excellent discussion on the subject of Immortality, all that we've here discussed was brought up and analyzed, with more besides: http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=562479
