#1 cfr Jun 24, 2012 23:52:51	in D&D 3/3.5 Can any characters Wear a Robe, Vest or Cloak?  if so can they have all of it abilities?  From what I understand Rods can be used by anybody.  Potions can be drank by anyone.  Gems can be used by anyone.  Art items anyone can have.  Staves and wands someone has to use magic device to use.  And magical weapons and magical armor can be used by onyone of that size.  last but not least wonderous items can be used by anyone.  i could be wrong but can someone help me please.  I think i also posted a thread on this but i cannot find it.
