| #1r_r_raskolnikovApr 21, 2008 15:12:24 | I need the answer of this question to show it to my dm: Yesterday when my party and me fight against an orc horde i fire my composite +4 greatbow +1 and hit my target, y roll damage: 1d10 + 5, and my DM tell me what the magic enhancement only applys to the BAB but no to the damage. We check the DMG and says what the magic ranged weapon make magic the arrow for purpose of DR, but what dont says nothing textual about the enhancement to the damage, he dont let me apply the +1 to damage Im wrong or my dm??? |
| #2kaizaApr 21, 2008 15:23:48 | Magic weapons have enhancement bonuses ranging from +1 to +5. They apply these bonuses to both attack and damage rolls when used in combat. k. |
| #3skydragonknightApr 21, 2008 15:27:16 | Magic weapon enhancement bonuses apply to both attack and damage rolls. Edit: partial ninja by kaiza, but I still get props for the link. |

| #5swiftbluApr 21, 2008 20:15:49 | You can't fire a bow, unless it's Flaming. |
| #6gavinfoxxApr 21, 2008 20:55:47 | He is probably used to Neverwinter Nights, where bows had + to attack, and you had to get arrows to have + to damage... |
| #7bluedsteelApr 21, 2008 22:54:41 | Arrows can have + to damage, there just isn't much point when it's pretty clear bows give them the bow's bonus. |
