Hello everybody Its been a long..long time since i created a high level character do I really don't know what to do with it.

I have a basic concept in mind. My class plan is Paladin 5/ Saint 2/Marshal 8/ Something 6 {} Favored soul 8/Divine Oracle 10/Pious Templar 3

My plan is to be a melee centric 'Paladin' Im swapping out the mount for the spirit ACF and I am going to be taking True beleiver, improved initiative, skill focus: religion, Quicken spell ,Divine meta magic, and holy strike

other than that Im not sure what feats to get

Im thinking of these magic item
Weapon (+1 acidic burst ) {another +2 in bonuses. but im not sure what i should be going for}
Belt of Haste {waist}
Cloak of Resistance +6 {Back}
Ring of Greater Elemental Resistance : resist 30 {L hand}
Gleaming defending spiked(+5) mithral full plate +5 {Body}
Helm of Favor of the Martyr (immune to stuns, staggered, fatigued, exhausted, dazed, nauseated, sickened, can function at -1 - -9 HP with no ill effect and not lose Hp when performing an action) {head}
Horn of Plenty (heroes feast once a day)
Gem Of Seeing {no slot}
Boots of Shadow Jaunt ( use of the Shadow Jaunt maneuver once an encounter, teleport 50 feet as a standard action) {feet}
Ring of Freedom of Movement {R hand}
Handy Haversack
Bracer of Armor (+8 Luck bonus) {wrists}
Gem of Mind Blank {no slot}

and I have a few K left over for potions and scrolls and such..

any another help would be much appreciated I do not want to be on the high or even mid optimization level for my cjaracter. I just want to be able to effectively play my concept.

Going to level 21 without access to spells is a bad idea (Forgot about favored soul*Edit). Going into epic and wanting to do melee, but not being a DMM cleric is also not a smart move.

My suggested build would then be Cleric 5/divine oracle 5/Contemplative 10/divine oracle 1 to cover your melee stuff. Run around with persist divine power and enjoy a BAB that is higher than anyone elses. (Note epic doesn't increase BAB and give extra attacks, an epic PC who casts divine power probably does)

Thats going to give you crappy HP, full armor, full BAB, great will saves, and crappy skills. You want something with good HP, fort, reflex, and good skills to help balance it out.

Paladin will help a lot with your saves. My recomendation? whirling Lion frenzy barb 1/paladin 5/Ranger 14. The idea being that you were a woodsie primal hunter guy who was totally nuts from the evil lion tribe. You were found, converted and trained in paladinhood. Then once you set out on your own, you brought your unique blend of naturalism and paladinism to form your own style of being a paladin. The ranger stuff seriously helps skills, and will help those d4 hit die levels. Activness is your DMM cleric who casts spells, and passive is your ranger/barb/paladin stuff just giving HD, saves and skills.

Or if you are really into DMM, and only using the cleric side for out of combat spells, and day long buffs, you should consider cleric5/Divine ORacle 5/ contemplative 10/divine oracle 1 and Warblade 21. This gives you the active side of warblade, great HD, better saves but still crappy skills combined with the passive side of DMM and utility spells.

Items - I notice no +X Stat items. Go get a bunch of those. Also, nightsticks. Go buy as many as your DM will let you. I'd seriously ask the question "How many night sticks can I buy" and strongly consider buying only nightsticks if offered.
