| #1titans4everAug 06, 2013 15:37:45 | I am wanting to create a Master of Many Forms (MoMF) druid. The plan is to take 5 levels druid, all 10 of MoMF, and 5 levels of warshifter. I read the MoMF bible thread on here but want some help with the actual build. I am introducing this character into our party at 4th level (stupid warblade got swallowed whole by a wurm, don't ask why I was close enough to let that happen at 4th level). All 3.5 and non-updated 3.0 books are in use. My first questions are simple enough. Since you get shifter speech, do you need to take natural spell at 6th level? If no, do you take the extra wild shape feat right away so you can start to make more use of it right away? Is it better to wait until you can afford some of the items that make life easier in wildshape before you go crazy with it? This one is more long term leveling up. I know level 7 of MoMF is a tipping point when you get the extraordinary abilities of the forms you take. Is it best to get to there as fast as possible and then start to add levels of warshaper? When can you get the most out of the the extras beneifits from the warshaper class? Who doesn't want heavy fortification and increase the size of a natural weapon just for dipping 1 level. The second level of +4 STR and +4 Con is so tempting as well. +5 ft. reach at level 3. Fast healing 2 at level 4. I want all of them NOW. I just don't know if these benefits are better than getting to the larger sized creatures earlier by sticking strictly to MoMF when leveling up. This is the question I don't really have any reference on or have seen on another thread. Thanks in advance. |
