I am trying to find ways to max out the charisma stat via feats and magic items. What are the best ways besides base +6 cloak of charisma and +5 tome of leadership? Those only get you a 32 at lvl 16 using all 4 ability points. If there is a thread already dedicated to it if you could simply paste it I would apreciate it....and yes I did look for it beforehand with no real results.

Unseelie Fey template (+0LA) from Dragon Magazine 304 would get you  +2 cha. Hellbred Spirit Aspect (+0LA)  from Fiendish Codex II: Tyrants of the Nine Hells for a starting race would get another +2 cha.

I would suggest the pink and green magical stone from master's manual for a cheap +2. Don't know if they stack.

Putting your age up as Venerable will get you a +3 on Int, Wis and Cha. Howevever it comes with a -6 to all the physical scores

Looking to do this without a bunch of templates if posible... looking for more magic items (custom or in a book) that  boost the stat.

Oops...

Well, i think you're kinda stuck with tome and a +6 cha item.  Mostly because other magic items tend to give the enhancement bonuses that don't stack...

I haven't seen many pre-epic feats that raise stats.  What purpose are you trying to raise your cha for?  I mean you can find items that give bonuses to certain cha-based checks, or increase spell potential, things like that.

Or you could get a Disciple of the Void as teammate, then polymoprh in something with *very high* strenght, and get your teammate to let you use str in place of cha for the check you need...
Ok, this is a bit machiavellican, but something like that could work with the right mix of illumian sigils.

They don't, if you mean the ioun stones. They don't even stack with the normal +6 item.

The best suggestion is rack up some UMD and some Item Alteration schemas (or a wand if your GM rules that's acceptable, I would, but since its an infusion some GM's are jerks). Then slap on as many +6 CHA items as you can fit and hit em with Item alteration bonuses to make them stackable. It's expensive and temporary. If you can swing a metamagic spell trigger grip and the extend spell you can add some life to them.

If you want permanent items that stack then you have to shell out more dough. There is also the Tattoo monk trick, but I don't think I need to tell you about that. (If you don't know it just read the tattoo monk from CW).

Houkama....Those are amazing ideas. How would you make that permanent? and static this if for a bard who is trying to make her DC saves actually work at higher lvls with a DM who favors the big baddie type of encounters who always seem to have high will and fortitude saves (which means most bard spells are useless if they badie can make the save on a roll of a 10 with ease). Thanks everyone for your help.
