I am looking for a build that is not spread out between more than 4 classes/PrCs. No Psionics... Only Completes, Core, Tomes, 3.5e builds Other books are okay but nothing that really doesnt make sense to put with other classes.. Playable at all levels...Fun and unique if possible...Doesnt have to be magical can be some type of ranged user
1-20 progression
BAB over 16
CL over 16 if caster
exclude equipment for the moment

Thanks if you do, Thanks if you dont.

How evil can I go?
[INDENT][INDENT][INDENT]

Little Miss Magister
Bard8/Ur-Priest 2/Sublime Chord 1/ Foc-Lyrist 9.
Ask for partial BAB stacking. May need to go to 9 in bard. Can't remember if that was important.

You may need to buy a ring of evasion to qualify for foc-Lyrist. Alternatively, you could try to acquire the shadow template somehow for evasion. There's a magical location in one of the faerun adventure books that sometimes grants it. Catch: sometimes it kills your character instead. Don't recommend that route, really. Foc Lyrist is full BAB so... with partial bab stacking, you'll have a bab of a skull crushing 17.25, fully leveled spells for both bard and divine, and some really excellent fluff to hang your sword on. You'll need to slide to neutral evil, but that's really the only catch I'm seeing here. I recommend torturing a druid to satisfy the druidic language requirement by uh.... extraction. The Fochy college allows neutral evil, so you should be okay, just as long as his head's not hanging on your belt or something.

There's plenty of optimization headroom here, and you could probably lay it out so that it got a better BAB or a more classically legitimate entry into the PrC, but we actually have to be sillier because of the 4 class limit you placed. However, this is a triple threat gish playable from 1-20

You also need to speak druidic.

Warlock/Hellfire Warlock with either a dip in Binder, the Bind Vestige feat, or Shape Soulmeld: Strongheart Vest should do it.

First point. Ring of evasion does not give evasion.
Mr SRD says:
Evasion: This ring continually grants the wearer the ability to avoid damage as if she had evasion.

That is not the same thing as giving evasion. Is there some ruling that changes that?

And the follow up? Is there some ruling that says characters can use items to qualify for prestige classes? Or is it something that isn't ruled out?

It has never been ruled out.
If needed, I can get in without the ring, but the issue is that unfortunately, the limits he placed...

This isn't unique (many builds like this) but it's definitely fun, playable at all levels, and meets your requirements.

Paladin 2/Sorcerer 4/Spellsword 1/Abjurant Champion 5/Sacred Excorist 8.

ok so it's 5 classes/prc's but you get the idea. BAB is +16, CL is 18 which equals 9th level spells at 20th.
