Mindless Undead to Possess

I have a psion character that I plan to use Stygian Dominion with. Basically, it's like a Magic Jar that only works on mindless undead with HD less than or equal to your manifester level. His ML is 10. So what would be some good undead for him to inhabit?

He is a Thrallherd with a cleric believer with some of the Corpsecrafter feats. This guy is capable of animating pretty much anything I need (48 HD of undead per casting), and it will be a bit beefier than normal.

Ideally I'd like something that is size Small or smaller (so it can fit inside a Handy Haversack or something), with a magical fly speed, and as close to 10 HD as possible (without going over) to turn into a Skeleton. A good Dex is a plus.

Also, if I went with a Zombie instead, would the Slow quality affect his ability to use swift and immediate actions, or get extra actions from Schism? Since psionic powers are entirely mental, I think it wouldn't affect these things, but I'm not really sure, and I'll definitely ask the DM. Just curious what other people's opinions are on it.

Right now I'm thinking a young zombie shadow dragon (using the Draconomicon rules), or some kind of swarm skeleton is probably my best bet. Pretty much any WotC source is allowed.
