Human / Power Attack |

The closest you'll find is in Hyperconscious, a popular third-party psionics book by Bruce Cordell (the XPH / CPsi author), and there it's actually hard to break. The HC Persistent Power costs +12pp (so it doesn't have the -2pp adjustment that metapsionics usually have), and, most imporantly, it's maintain focus. In other words, as long as a persistent power lasts, you can't use other expend feats, including other metapsionics, and if you lose your focus (drop to 0pp or if someone hits you with the rare lose-focus effect) the persistent power ends. |

But you won't be getting Hunters Eye, so not sure it's worth it. :/ |
