I was toying around with the idea of getting multiple attacks based off of successes of previous attacks and I actually came up with a pretty solid combo that leaves your opponent without a weapon, prone, and grappled:

Monk 2, Psychic Warrior 2, Paladin 2, Fighter 2, Greyguard 1, Paladin 3, Greyguard 8:

With this you take Jotunbrud, unarmed strike, improved grapple, combat reflexes, combat expertise, scorpion's grasp, improved trip, asetic knight, power attack, improved sunder, awesome smite, combat brute, leap attack, and divine might.

Here is how it works:

You charge attack and make a sunder attempt, power attacking for at least 1, but probably full base attack, if you destroy their weapon (as you have a minimum of +8 over them, and dealing damage to weapons is somewhat easy) you get a cleave attack as the cleave feat would provide, (free action) drop weapon and use your cleave attack to initiate a smite attack with awesome smite (unarmed strike) to initiate a free trip attempt AND grapple - use the grapple and succede and release the grapple, then take the free trip attempt from Awesome smite - succede on the trip and gain another free attack (from improved trip) and gain another unarmed attack - succede on that unarmed attack and initiate another free grapple and don't let go.

All of this can be done on a charge, so it is as if you have a base attack of your character level.  Jotunbrud adds to all size related checks (+4) and you have all the +4's for all the checks through the improved verisions of the feats.  This is just awesome sauce as if you succede on all of the opposed rolls you will leave them on the ground with no weapon and grappled.

Edit:

Feats by Level (Monk 2, Psychic Warrior 2, Paladin 2, Fighter 2, Greyguard 1, Paladin 3, Greyguard 8):

Human Feat:  Jotunbrud

Monk Level 1:  Improved Grapple

Monk Free feat:  Improved Unarmed Strike

Monk Level 2:  Combat Reflexes

Psychic Warrior 1:  Combat Expertise

Level 3 Feat:  Scorpion's Grasp

Psychic Warrior 2:  Improved Trip

Level 6 Feat:  Ascetic Knight

Fighter Level 1:  Power Attack

Fighter Level 2:  Improved Sunder

Level 9 Feat:  Awesome Smite

Level 12 Feat:  Combat Brute

Level 15 Feat:  Leap Attack

Level 18 Feat:  Divine Might

With Ascetic Knight and a Monk's belt a medium creature hits for 2d6, the psychic fighter gives the player the ability to increase their size category with an enlarge person, which is naturally larger thanks to Jotunbrud.

32 point buy stats:

Str: 16

Dex:  10

Con:  14

Int:  13

Wis:  13

Cha:  12

only by taking one look at the build i noticed one thing:

you REALLY need the Serenity Feat (dragon3xx) - it makes all the paladin classfeatures that depend on CHA depending on WIS - and thus saving you one attribute and still high WIS synergy ...

furthermore there is this eberon class i keep forgetting about that gives you full monk bonus in full armor and the ascetic knight feat for free ...

A-wah?  Where does Serenity come from?  Is that a dragon magazine thing, because I don't actually have any of those, but it sure sounds sweet.

I'm going to crack open the eberon books right now to find that class - I'm not a terribly huge fan of monk in the first place, but if I can get monk armor bonuses while in armor, well that's just sweet.
