Shou Disciple from Unapproachable East (p. 32)

At level 3, the Disciple gains Martial Flurry (Light), allowing him to use any light weapon as part of a flurry of blows routine. At level 5, he gains Martial Flurry (Any), allowing any melee weapon as part of the flurry routine. The class is quite easy to qualify for, and gives you some decent other abilities in addition to those you want.

As an interesting sidenote, this is the only class that lets you use your Natural Weapons as part of a flurry of blows routine. Tons of fun builds ensue from combining natural attacks with the Martial Flurry (light) ability attained at level 3.

There are also three feats from the Eberron Campaign Setting:
Double Steel Strike, Serpent Strike and Whirling Steel Strike which allow you to treat the two-bladed sword, longspear and longsword respectively as monk weapons. Prereqs for each are flurry of blows and proficiency and Weapon Focus with the respective weapons.

If you don't want to use any of those, you might be able to convince your DM to allow a similar feat for whatever weapon you want to use.
