originally intended for spells, lets just throw it all out inside of here. Most overpowered spells, maneuvers, psionics, classes, abilities, items, whatever you can think of, let it fly!

A minute starter:

Cleric lvl 2 spell, close wounds, heals 1d6 +1/level (max 5) hp
seems lame? wait!
range: 30 feet
casting time: immediate action
and the other little bit in that spell's description "if cast at the time a player takes damage, completely negates that damage"

many builds on the CO boards boast about doing 10000 damage/attack, 1 second level cleric spell completely negates ALL of that damage, AT A RANGE. Isn't a "cure" spell, one solution though, Favoured Soul anybody?

War Hulk is also a pretty sweet class, trading its BAB for +2 str/level, only problem being the obvious lack of BAB. However combine one of those with a War Chanter's lvl 10 ability: Inspire Legion -Take the highest BAB from all allies in a 60 ft radius (or your perform ranks), all allies now have that BAB. Combine it with maybe a marshall and some White Raven charge maneuvers and thats an assult on a castle alone. Don't forget the lvl 4 favoured souls to back you up

I'll leave candles, night sticks, and celerity, among many other for other people to post. Feel free to throw up a nice strategy with it too if you've got the time. This might even help in spawning some more nice builds.

Also, there's a metamagic that lets you store spells with trigger on them on players, can't remember the name right now, anybody know if it lets you store multiple of the same spells on someone? thanks

Assuming the target can first survive the 10,000 damage attack, yes. Frenzied berserker anyone?

Also, see the dirty trick handbooks.

This subject's been done in multiple threads over the years. I don't speak for everyone, but I haven't the energy anymore.

As has been mentioned, check the dirty tricks handbooks.
