Mounted Combat

I'm currently making a mounted combatant for one of my players in an upcoming RP at the end of the year and am just curious about a few things.

The character is level 6 and already has mounted combat, ride-by-attack and spirited charge and will be using a lance with two hands. She has a Str score of 16 so currently her damage is 1d8+4x3 on a charge.

I'm just wondering if "Leading the Charge" stance (does this affect her as well as her allies?) and "Battle Leader's Charge" manoeuvre stack and function from a charge on horseback?

Thus would her damage become (1d8+4x3)+10+6.

Also, can you power attack with a lance on a charge? I'm assuming you can.

Any other great mounted combat feats, please let me know!

Cheers

Yes, the damage bonuses will stack, because they are untyped.  Untyped bonuses always stack.
Yes, you can Power Attack with a lance.

Valorous weapon enhancement: it's 3.0, and doubles damage on a charge, which stacks with critical hits

PrCs: the absolute best "mounted" PrC is Rvenant Blade from Player's Guide to Eberron, and doesn't require the character to be mounted. It doesn't lend itself well to the lance, however
Halfling Outrider levels stack with paladin and ranger levels for determining mount/animal companion abilities
Wild Plains Outrider is good one for scouting.
I personally like the Champion of Corellon Larethian in Races of the Wild.  The feats would need to be changed around a bit, and the easiest method of entry is Paladin2/Fighter4.  Since you seem to be the DM, you can handwave the XP penalty.
