So i found the mouthpick weapon enchantment in Lords of Madness p. 46 and I was wondering. If i take a Greatsword as a mouthpick weapon, would i still count as two handed weapon? Cause its nowhere stated, that mouthpick only works on 1handed.

Since the picture includes a trident and a falchion and the text doesn't say otherwise, it's clear that you can apply the enchantment to one-handed and two-handed weapons (and presumably to light weapons as well).

Since the enchantment doesn't state any change in the weapon, a mouthpick greatsword would still count as a two-handed weapon, since that's the normal use of a greatsword.  It's not clear, however, whether you could change how you're wielding a light or one-handed weapon since you can hold those in more than one way.

It's kind of funny to imagine a beholder with a greatsword in its mouth spinning through its foes like a buzzsaw, though (presumably it has Great Cleave or something).

Thay is such a cool enchant! Makes you think of those anime characters that fight with a sword in their mouth just can't be human you need a bite attack. Thank you seeron for pointing this out

That's something that always bugged me.
I've seen Humans (like I've ever seen a monster, eh?)
... have a cigarette dangling while talking, at the same time.

So why couldn't something with a really big mouth
like a Beholder, have a Dagger where the Cig is ?
It could still do something else with the rest of it's mouth.
Talk, eat a dead squirrel, pick up and "hold" a trinket, etc.
Restrict it to Light Weapons.

1 hand weapons take up the whole mouth.  No above trickery.

2 hand weapons the same, but stick out on only one side,
so a rule involving Shield-like specifics would be needed,
and the monster would have to be able to "swing" it
which would be a different action, than a normal weilding.
Beholder would have to rotate some to weild a 2 Hand Sword.
No (paranoid) laughing at the Gas Bag Sword Rotator manuever.
