A friend of mine had an idea for a NPC in a campaign he runs that serves both aspects of a god that deals with life/death, good/evil, creation/destruction, light/dark, etc.  He told me that he wanted to go cleric/cleric with both the half-Infernal and half-celestial templates - I managed to convince him that I could do better.

He said that he doesnt want the highest level spells, and wants to keep the levels as even as possible.  What I came up with uses a reflavored "Divine Ultimate Magus", and a "Generic Evil Outsider" intermediate bloodline using the guidelines for creating a new bloodline in UA.
I'm looking for feedback on power levels of both the bloodline and the reflavored class, as well as help on feats.

Evil Outsider bloodline
In succession, at even numbered levels:
+2 to Knowledge (the Planes) checks
Power Attack
+1 Int
Protection from Good 1/day (Sp)
Evil Outsider Affinity +2
Combat Expertise
+2 to Concentration checks
Resistance to Fire 5
+1 Str
Resistance to Cold 5

Divine magic isn't my speciality, I'm afraid, which is why I didn't weigh in earlier. (Although fluffwise, you might want to rename "Divine Ultimate Magus" into something like Supreme Hierarch.)

Is this Lesser Aasimar? I don't see a level adjustment but I'm also not seeing the type.

The usual Ultimate Magus trick here uses Practiced Spellcaster on the lesser class before going into UM, so its caster level is higher than the greater class. Thus, all the levels advance the greater class (since its caster level is actually lower). You can Practiced Spellcaster the greater class after your last UM level that cares. You might find this to be more beneficial than delaying PSCs until the end. I'm not entirely sure how this works with delayed progression classes like Favored Soul, though. Basically, I think you'll have 6th level Favored Soul spells but might get up to 8th level cleric ones.

Finally: What are the cleric's domains? If you can find a single domain that can bring about the cycle of life feel (difficult, I think; it works better by picking two diametric non-alignment domains), you might be able to work in Planning for a free Extend Spell, which'd make moving the feats around earlier a bit better (as would flaws, but I avoid those if they're a touch on the cheese side.)
