So I created a build for a 15th character to instantly slay an ancient black dragon using cleric turning.  Unless greater turning (obtained through prestige classes or the sun domain) can be utilized for domain powers that turn creatures of specific elemental types, I need to have a cleric equivalent level equal to twice the HD of the dragon.

Here is my strategy.
Forestlord Wood Elf (dragonblood)
Equipment:
Talisman of Undead Mastery (up to +4 to turning level by expending 3 charges)
Philactery of Undead Turning (+4 levels turning)
Flame Touched Iron Holy Symbol (+1 level turning)
Ephod of Authority (+1 level turning)
Scepter of the Netherworld (+3 levels turning)
Sacred Armor (+2 levels turning)
Total bonus: +11 levels + up to 4 for Talisman
I assume since none of these bonuses are named that they can all stack.

If I had two pieces of sacred armor (chain mail and shield), they wouldn't stack since they have the same name.  If I understand that right.

Cleric 2, Binder 2, War Priest 1, Paladin PrC2, Knight of the Sacred Seal1, Sacred Purifier 1, Agnostic Apostle 1, and 5 levels of minor dragon bloodlines (white, black, green, blue, red)

I will also take the following feats (after taking 2 flaws):
Nymph's Kiss
Alertness
Extra Turning
Improved Turning
Mounted Combat (for Paladin PrC)
Combat Casting (for War Priest prC)
Enlarge Supernatural
Divine Metamagic
Extend Spell
Persistent Spell
Favored Vestige
Dragonfire Channeling
Quicken Turning
I get alertness and 4 extra feats with my 5 minor dragon bloodline levels.

I take the fire domain and air domain and receive the glory domain from the warpriest level.

Since the dragon bloodline levels add 5 levels to each classes current abilities (but do not add new abilities), the knight of the sacred seal acts as level 6.  This stacks with the Binder class which has an effective level of 7 +1 for the favored vestige feat.  Taking the Tenebrous and Malphas vestiges provide a variety of benefits including Turn Undead as well (equivalent to a 13th level cleric now).

The character receives the following levels toward turning after advancement from the bloodline levels.
Cleric 7
Warpriest 6
Paladin PrC 7
Sacred Purifier 6 (plus greater turning)
Agnostic Apostate 6 (+2 for See through the Veil)

Improved Turning adds +1 levels for each class that grants the turning ability (depending on interpretation this could be anywhere from 3-5 levels)

Total effective cleric turning level is now 63 plus charges from the talisman to add up to +4 more levels.  The cleric could therefore turn 67 or more HD and destroy a 33 HD water or earth creature (such as an ancient black or green dragon) with little effort.

The character can also use dragonfire channeling to create a cone of fire that does 31d6 dmg (1/2 fire and 1/2 holy).  This can be used once every 5 rounds with no effort expended through vestige turning ability or additionally through using extra turning attempts.

The character can be cloaked in deeper darkness and invisibility at will through vestige powers and can summon a celestial pegasus to ride through Paladin PrC.
Any ideas to improve this build?  I realize that the bloodline levels come with huge tradeoffs but overall the build is quite powerful.
