| #1tc_x0_lt_0xJan 10, 2009 2:24:57 | I've really been itching to play a Chameleon for a while. But not just any Chameleon, but one with split personalities :D The concept is really quite simple. Each morning, I roll a d6. Depending on what I roll, my character takes on a persona. it sounds fun. One day I have a Barbarian, the next a Wizard, etc, etc. What I'm looking to do is make every roll viable. I'm looking for feats to fill my slots, suggestions for the 'Floating Feat', and perhaps spells that are worth mentioning. |

Also, I'm a fan of Feycraft Muffling Shadowsilk Leather Armor with Thistledown Padding... 0 armor check penalty, +4 move silently, +2 hide, totally mundane. It's a good base for your armor... just use armor spells for AC if you want that. Also, Binder might fit your concept a bit better, or at least help you fit it well. JaronK |

You might as well read the responses to the build and see if any advice was suggested to your liking. For example, Ur-Priest levels. Grab some item-crafting feats through the Chameleon bonus feat. |

That late in the game, its unlikely that any foe that needs to be tracked won't have access to pass without trace, meaning its usefulness gets very diminished. I'd also think a Binder dip would be great - as part of your morning ritual you bind up vestiges useful to your archetype. Fits greatly with the "roll and become a class!" theme. I'd dip it between chameleon and factotum, though, otherwise it'll come to late to be all that useful(even if it means pushing cham abilities back two levels). |

The day before he was a Barbarian and broke a door down with his mace. Today however, he is a wizard, and remembers braking it down with a spell instead. He is not aware that he changes his persona. As for Tracking. Its mainly a filler feat. Feal free to suggest something else everywhere, but keep in mind the wan't to make at least effective Archetypes of each. |

That should net you 15 IP per encounter at factotum level 8, which is enough for 5 extra standard actions or many other things. With only 3 fonts, you have a total IP of 11, which tends to be used up in a slightly long encounter. I like having 4-5 fonts personally, as I get a bit strained with only 3 at lower levels. |
