ok 16th lvl, no traits/flaws allowed. access to almost all books (actually cant think of any i dont have access to). so i was planning on a point buy system as none of you guys can see me rolling. ok, imma take both thug variant and dungeoncrasher.
i want it to be a fair normal build. this char will also be meeting a flavor more than a serious optimized build. our world is very high rp and what combat we have doesnt favor any real class over another. the crap we have fought just astounds me...

Name is Ralcaes but goes by 'otos'
Sex: male Height: 5' 10'' Weight 185 lbs.
General Info: Son of a wealthy merchant, and thus is highly educated for a non noble. At 10 began schooling at the best his family could afford, while also helping his father who bought/sold magical and ancient trinkets. At 16 'graduated' from this school and was goign to enter a trade school, as an arcane historian. He was forced to change his plans, however, when his city declared hostilities upon the city in which he was to train in his craft. In order to make a living during this time of hostilities he joined the city's 'citizen army' and was shipped across the eastern oceans to a far away land in order to protect the cities trade interests. He was trained well and earned a reputation as a fiercly intelligent and cunning fighter, even though nowhere the physical match of other men there. He used his wit and metis to fool and outlast opponents and though he did not see much combat he earned his pay by competing in competitions of skill amongst other cities' best and bringing himself and his city honor.
When the hostilities ceased he was 21 and had been away for quite some time. He wanted to enter the wizardry schools but his age kept him out, as most of the wizards around worked only with young children. The baron was able however, to gain him access into the school of arcane history he originally was to enter. He went and in 3 years left there as an expert by any local and regional standards. He teaches that same subject at a city a few weeks walk from his home and during the warmer months still competes or trains competitors for the games in which he did.
Personality Ralcaes is independent minded and is thus very sceptical and agnostic toward the gods, however is not openly so and will respect them publicly. He is very grounded in the knowledge his father gave him the oportunity but not however blinded by assuming his father made him who he is. He respects the others that helped him but will not say he was not responsible for his own success. Though he is not judgemental he is somewhat short tempered when young wizards taunt him about his lack of magical prowess, however generally shuts them up with knowledge of arcane and historical bits that they themselves are ignorant of. Will not judge races by just that, in his time at school and in foreign lands he learned that races holds noone back, and that it is irelevant when judging others.

I think 25 is standard, but personally I lean towards 32 these days. It looks like you know what you're doing, so I'll be waiting for your character stub. unless I forget.
