Natural Attacks/ Unarmed strikes

Now I've seen this topic brought up often enough but there are some specific things I'd like to make sure I understand.

This is how I interpreted the rules:

1. A Monk's Unarmed Strikes are considered to be both natural attacks and manufactured weapons for the purpose of feats spells and maneuvers(ToB). For example, a monk can benefit from weapon focus, improved natural attack, magic fang, magic weapon and and ToB maneuver that mentions the use of a weapon. However, a monk's unarmed strike can make iterative attacks, but can't be enchant via the craft magic arms and armor feat.

2. When a druid wild shapes he retains proficiencies, but it can only use a weapon their new form can use. Therefore his proficiency with scimitar goes to waste. But, and this is important- any form a druid takes can make an unarmed strike as define by the monk (headbutt, knee, chop etc...) There a druid/monk can use urarmed stikes in addition to natural attack when wildshaped. Example here being a druid-monk wildshaped into bear being able to use unarmed strike three times (BaB of twelve) and use the bite and two claw attacks as secondary.

Am I right? What are the rulings RAW, RAI, and common sense?

1. Sounds about right to me. Although you can make handwraps that are crafted by the magic arms and armor feat that effect your unarmed strikes. (in my group atleast, not sure if this is a homebrew thing)

2. I wouldn't think that just because you have the ability to use the attacks means that you get the attacks. If that were the case then monks would get a headbutt, 2 punches, 2 knees, 2 kicks, etc... and would be making crazy amounts of attacks.

No, but a Druid could wild shape into a bear and utilize it's natural claw and bite attacks while still making iterative unarmed attacks. In this case, the natural attacks would be made as secondary attacks. You would still take any penalties for making unarmed strikes without proficiency unless you had Improved Unarmed Strike, or your wild shape form could utilize a gauntlet.
