Yup, i found topic about Dervish and i know that Scout is a better suited for a job then a Rogue, all through my current DM doesn't allow classes outside core.
PrC and feats can be from any books except from campaign settings other than Greyhawk (Faerun and Ebberon)

So this is what i came up with till now:

Race: Human

Rogue 1 - Dodge, Mobility (Human extra Feat)
Rogue 1/Fighter 1 - Weap. Focus Scimitar
Rogue 2/Fighter 1 - Combat Expertise
Rogue 3/Fighter 1
Rogue 4/Fighter 1
Rogue 5/Fighter 1 - Telling Blow
Rogue 6/Fighter 1
Rogue 6/Fighter 1/Dervish 1
Rogue 6/Fighter 1/Dervish 2 - TWF
Rogue 6/Fighter 1/Dervish 3
Rogue 6/Fighter 1/Dervish 4
Rogue 6/Fighter 1/Dervish 5 - Improved Critical
Rogue 6/Fighter 1/Dervish 6
Rogue 6/Fighter 1/Dervish 7
Rogue 6/Fighter 1/Dervish 8 - ITFW
Rogue 6/Fighter 1/Dervish 9
Rogue 6/Fighter 1/Dervish 10

Build so far got only 17 levels, i can't seem to find anything else then Tempest that goes good enough with a Rogue/Fighter/Dervish. So i am unsure should i go with Tempest or take another 3 levels of Rogue - but more over i hope you guys could help me out with something that could fit nicely in those 3 levels.

As you can see from a build i am trying to optimize damage using TWF, Sneak Attack and high crit chance. Reason i wasted a feat on Imp. Crit. instead taking keen on both scimitars is that i am sure there will be a lot of sundering going around and i am not completely sure on how much wealth we will have to begin with.

So can anyone help out ? I gave it my best shoot, but it simply doesn't look good enough. Practically i need your guys help with lvl 18 feat (or overall feat selection if possible) and last 3 levels.

Campaign is run from 1st to 20th level and its name is Savage Tide (all through there is possibility that we get to 21st level)

Cheers and thanks for help in advanced :D

We have a Scout4/Fighter2/Dervish3 in our party currently.
Same feats, along with Sense Weakness for ignoring 5 pts of DR.

We looked over going Rogue for him as well.

In general, he's flanking about half the time while also dancing.
So flanking/SA shouldn't be much of a problem.

Telling Blow has been mostly a waste, since he's almost always skirmish-dancing, and when he isn't, we're probably fighting a construct/undead that he can't crit/skirmish anyhow. For rogue it still seems alright. However, I'd suggest taking Improved Crit before Telling Blow.

Why 6 levels of Rogue, and not Fighter 2? I'd think you'd want to stick with odd levels for the SA.
I'd also suggest looking at Ranger 2 with TWF style. Good skills, save boosts, and ability to easily use wands on your spell list (Cure Light, etc). Take favored enemy on something you can't SA (undead, constructs, etc). Really depends on what party roles you need to fill I suppose.

Well main problem of party i am in is that we are kinda low on melee type chars - 2 to 3 of us, we got wizard going for summoning, but i am not 100% sure how that will work out

Well we mostly got it all except high damage dealers, so i "need" to focus on dealing damage, all through it sucks when it comes down to Undead, Constructs etc, as i won't be of much help

Also talked with my DM and exchanged that 1 level of Fighter with level of Ranger.

Taking Telling Blow before Imp Crit. cause if i wait to get it after Imp. Crit. i will have 6th level (now 9th level) feat slot free.

So now my char would look something like this:

Rogue 1 - Dodge, Mobility (Human extra Feat)
Rogue 1/Ranger 1
Rogue 1/Ranger 2 - Weapon Foc. (Scimitar)
Rogue 2/Ranger 2
Rogue 3/Ranger 2
Rogue 4/Ranger 2 - Combat Expertise
Rogue 4/Ranger 2/Dervish 1
Rogue 4/Ranger 2/Dervish 2
Rogue 4/Ranger 2/Dervish 3 - Telling Blow
Rogue 4/Ranger 2/Dervish 4
Rogue 4/Ranger 2/Dervish 5
Rogue 4/Ranger 2/Dervish 6 - Improved Critical
Rogue 4/Ranger 2/Dervish 7
Rogue 4/Ranger 2/Dervish 8
Rogue 4/Ranger 2/Dervish 9 - ITFW
Rogue 4/Ranger 2/Dervish 10
Rogue 5/Ranger 2/Dervish 10
Rogue 6/Ranger 2/Dervish 10 - (???)
Rogue 7/Ranger 2/Dervish 10
Rogue 8/Ranger 2/Dervish 10

Still dunno about last feat, was thinking about GTFW but i am not so sure as even on 20th level it would be only +7 BAB with that attack (+17 counting str 18, +5 from dancing +1 from weap focus, no weapon enchants tho) is that attack bonus worth the feat ?

Thanks Nunkuruji, you saved me more or less :P

For Undead and Constructs

Try and take the Death's Ruin substitution from Complete Champion.
(or Penetrating Strike, Dungeonscape? I'm not exactly familiar)
Take your Favored Enemy (Construct)

Otherwise I suppose the usual solution is a good-ole 2-hander + power attack.

Again, Sense Weakness (Draconomicon) has been excellent for our Dervish for bypassing DR enemies, DR often going hand-in-hand with precision immunity.

Don't forget you'll have atk & dmg bonus from Dervish Dancing, so those extra attacks often have a good chance of hitting.
