Figured this would be the best place to go as I am looking for a few different things.

1) I was wondering what the best way to boost concentration would be via an item?

2) I am looking for ways to use true strike as a non magic user w/ very low UMD. Gloves of hte Master Strategist are an excellent start, looking for other ways to massively increase my attack roll a few times per day.

3) Any bonuses to confirm criticals?

4) Is there any item that lets you know how many hp ur opponent has. Or a spell? Something?

Thanks

1) A custom ring that gives a +X insight bonus to concentration, a +X competance bonus to concentration, and a +X divine bonus to concentration. That would be much cheaper than a +3X competance bonus to concentration. See MIC for how this works.

3) Warblades just get this, and there's a feat that gives +4 to confirming criticals.

4) I believe there's a feat.

2) True Strike Gauntlets (MIC 144). Also, touch attacks can be functionally equivalent to true strike in many cases. Heartseeking Amulet (MIC 110) and Deep Impact are the two easiest ways to pull off melee touch attacks.

3) Feats: Power Critical (CW 103) and Cobalt Critical (MoI 35). Marshal aura Accurate Strike (MHB 13). Can't think of any items.

4) Feats: Combat Intuition gets you their strength relative to you. You might persuade your DM into letting it give you some indication of how much damage it's taken so far.

In response to question four, the Combat Awareness feat from Player's Handbook 2 allows you to know the hp totals of everything adjacent.

On the matter of Concentration, as not all DM's are ok with custom items.
