Okay so me and my friend run solo games for each other while our main groups are experiencing down time, it also helps us develop our homebrew campaign settings.

So any how ive decided to come here for some advice.

Im building a Dwarven/Crusader. Level 1, Point buy System 50 pts.

This is going to be a solo toon so he will need to be able to stand on his own. My train of thought is the crusader has good tanking ability and will be able to heal when needed.

What i really need here is a step in the right direction, so any advice would be apreaciated.

Interesting challenge - the Crusader is very much a team player.

Feat: Stone Power - to synergize with Steely Resolve.

Stance: Martial Spirit (obviously)

Maneuvers:  Crusader's Strike (more self-healing), Stone Bones, Douse the Flames, Charging Minotaur, Vanguard Strike. There's not enough relevant 1. level maneuvers available to a solo Crusader.

The Crusader is proficient with "all shields". If that includes Exotic shields, good. If it just includes tower shields, Races of Stone suggests that can be exchanged for proficiency in Extreme Shield.

For starting equipment, I suggest:
Waraxe (30 gp), extreme shield (10 gp), scale mail (50). with standard cash, that leaves you with 60 gp. Dependig on how much stuff you want to buy, you could spend 50 gp on a Martial Script for Steel Wind.
