Pg. 51 Torrent of Destruction's Power's Effect should say no enemy can be attacked more than once from a single use of this power, similar to what Blurring Assault Power say.

Pg. 74 Desert Roc's Minor Action Power should say the desert roc can pull the creature vertically off a solid surface, similar to what the Peryton's Unhindered Trait say.

Pg. 139 Unseelie Candle's Rarity should be changed to Uncommun instead of Commun.

Plaguescarred, Master of Stories already works that way. It received errata last February.

The Skald aura should last until your next rest, so that it's clear that it can be put up immediately after a rest and doesn't take an action cost in combat.

There should be paragon-tier and epic-tier versions of the Unseelie Agent theme's Cold Shadow Strike and Unleash Corruption powers, page 115. That was an unbelievable oversight, given the quality of the rest of the book.

Alternitively, make it a free action to activate the aura.

The Skald Aura definitely needs another look, +1 to that.  I recently tried playing one, and got horribly screwed over when the DM decided that forcing us to go into a second battle without a short rest would be "cool".  Oh sorry, my aura ended after the first fight.  No, it's an encounter power, so I can't put it up again, because I didn't get a rest.  Which means I can't even use the heal I had left over from the previous fight.  Spiffy.

Further, the fact that you can't even reliably use magic items like a healer's brooch with the heal, and the lack of any Feat support makes the Skald a very weak healer.  (At least that's what my DM ruled, since Healer's Brooch's wording makes it seem that "you" must use a healing power on the target, and if one of my allies uses a minor action to use my aura heal, "they" are using the healing power.  Lame, I know).

Also, the MC Feat.  I can understand why someone would think that an encounter heal from a multiclass is bad, but seriously, given all the rigamarole attached to actually using the aura, and the fact it's range never increases, MC Skald is now worthless save for niche Half-Elf builds using Dilettante to snatch a Skald At-Will.

This is a problem with your DM, not the Aura.  If there's no short rest in between, then it's not a second fight, it's the same fight, and your Aura should have remained active.

Not if five minutes had gone by since the aura was started. If you start a fight with your aura, finish the first fight, start resting, and then start fighting again before the short rest ends, the aura will drop in the middle of the second fight.

The aura also desparately needs to scale in size by tier, as the rest of the leaders' heal bursts do.  As well as being at-will.  And a free action.

E: it particularly needs to be at-will, because Auras end if you fall Unconscious.  So, if the Leader gos down in a difficult encounter, you have now lost all your healing for the rest of the encounter.  Good stuff.

pg. 44 - The last sentence on the page states "Additionally, since you can use martial powers only when you are not under the influence of your Berserker Fury...". Huh? Where exactly is the rule stating that?

The Berserker Fury feature simply indicates that you can't use your defender aura or vengeful guardian abilities while in that state. It says nothing about other martial powers. If there is some hidden rule regarding the use of martial powers while in that state, does it also apply to any arcane or divine powers you may know?

Also, although it won't actually get any errata, pg. 58's Skills section ends with a paragraph on choosing to be trained in Arcana. Bards are automatically trained in Arcana and therefore don't need to make any choice.

No such rule exists.  It seems likely that this line is a holdover from an earlier playtest, and should be removed.

pg. 122 - Audience with the Queen - When you are returned to play, where do you appear?

pg. 125 - The Witch Queen Epic Destiny provides a "get out of death free" effect at level 21 instead of the standard level 30. Did the level 21 and level 30 abilities get switched or are they meant to be that way?

Shouldn't the Sidhe House Guard summoned my Summon Sidhe Ally power of the Sidhe Lord theme have hp equal to the summoner's bloodied value like all other summoned creatures instead of hp equal to the summoners healing surge value as it is in the creature's entry?
