| #1wildboarJun 16, 2015 0:42:09 | How can I import a picture of my character into the official 5e character sheet? When I click on the field in the fillable form it doesn't give me any options. Apologies if this is a dumb question but I'm not terribly tech savvy. Thanks! |

| #4BoldItalicJun 16, 2015 4:18:13 | There's a free graphics program called Inkscape that can import and export PDFs (one page at a time) and superimpose graphics files. It won't preserve form-fillable fields though, so do it as the last step after you have filled in everything else. |

When you go to select your file, there should be a dropdown to change the file type (although some users have reported that this doesn't work for them). It works fine for me using Acrobat 9, and I know others who have had no problems doing this using the free Reader. |

From what I gather, when you click the "Character Appearance" field it should bring up a menu to choose what you would like to upload to the form. For some reason, the field isn't working for me. I hover over the field and my cursor changed to the familiar hand, but when I click the field, it highlights in blue for one second but then does nothing. Any ideas? |

However, you can Cut & Paste an image (or portion of an image) into the sheet; then resize it and move it overtop the Character Appearance box.
I would be sure to keep the image size just slightly larger than the box, since I couldn't seem to grab the edge of the image that was within the box area (to resize it). |
