Are there any 5e character sheets that include exhaustion and "spell currently concentrated on"?

Two things I think would be useful on the character sheet are not in the official one.

I'm planning on making a landscape sheet soon. I'll take these into consideration. Any other suggestions?

Those are the kind of things scratch paper is for.

Actually an offician "Scratch paper" sheet wouldn't be bad. It could also include things like death saving throws, current hit points, temporary hit points, spells cast on you (and their effects), inspiraton (y/n), and other stuff that can quickly change.
