It might be nice if we eventualy could come up with a chart that makes it easyer to quickly tellwhat cr a NPC might be.

Defensibe AC 12 Hp gives a base defensive CR of 1/8 AC 19 gives a + 3 modifyer to defencive AC for a total of 3 further down on the table you end up with a defensive cr of 1.
Offensive AC 7 damage gives a base cr of 1/2 +5 to hit gives a +1 modifyer for a total efective offencive cr of 1.
For a total cr of 1.
