Campaign Setting Wikis

Wizards seems hesitant to do yet another sourcebook for each setting and I get that. On the other hand, doing settings in dribs and drabs by adventure isn't really satisfying either. When I want to build a campaign, I need a reference. Now, I could get one of the already published ones, but what would be much more useful to me would be a hyperlinked website. Once you got it set up, you'd just update it as the setting develops and add mechanics for new editions as needed (if they don't manage to get away from new editions).  I would definitely pay for access to such a site.

(And, yes, I know that there are fan sites that are pretty damn close to this already. It would just be nice to have a professional, complete site with official stats and art and stuff.)

We USED to have extensive wikis on the WotC forums. These were hyperlinked to forum pages, maps, had great detail. We had one extensively covering everything on Nerath and especially the Nentir Vale…

but then shortly before 5th edition, the website was "restructured" and thus all the old blogs and forums got borked.
