In keeping with the theme of factions in 5E, I suggest you host a character sheet design contest to create a sheet specific to each of the five factions, i.e. Harpers/Zhentarim/Emerald Enclave/Lords' Alliance/Order of the Gauntlet.
My suggestion for such a contest would include the following as rules:
- Sheet must be designed for Letter or A4 size and be scalable to either
- PDF format, 2 pages (or two separate single pages, one for rules and one for details similar to the current format), extra sheets for spells or companions optional
- Color and black-and-white versions
- Includes AT LEAST all the information included on the core character sheet
- Top 3 sheets for each faction selected by WotC staff, winner for each faction selected by vote on the DnD page.

TBH, I don't see what's wrong with just filling in the faction details on page 2 of the standard character sheet out of the PHB. Like this:
