I just saw that Chessex sells sets of "cheat dice" that include a d20 that has a second 20 instead of a 1. I was thinking that in dire circumstances where the players really need a win, a "cheat die" would be fun to award for inspiration. Of course it would be even better with a second die with no 20 and two 1s.
