So I don’t have Tyranny of Dragons…yet!

How easy would this adventure be to convert to Birthright? Whilst I do like me some Realms action I’d like to run the game in my favourite setting.

Anyone foresee any major issues with this other than reskinning the bad guys and organisations?

The biggest issue I see is Cerilia's lack of classic D&D dragons.

Well mostly, and I'm still absorbing the rules so bear with me, I figured that apart from the 'standard dragon' (if such a beast can be said to exist) what I understand are legendary and lair abilities should give sufficient differentiation surely for the most part?

I was thinking that Tiamat might be replaced by a Behemoth dragon, a great queen that was imprisoned long ago during the wars between elves and dragons.

Haven't read the DM stuff yet and as said no adventure so still at a speculation stage.

No other fellow DM's with any sage advice?

Given that this will be my players intro to 5e I'd like it to be as good as possible....or we can have a silly discussion over whether druids don't or won't wear metal armour and how the developers are making us do stuff with our characters against our will.
