This is what I loved about 3.0/3.5, I could just buy a boxed set with all 3 rather than separate and it had a nice neat way of storing and protecting them.

Admitedly a box set to put your Holy Trinity tm would be great. Who knows, they might release these

If they sold the box separately, I might buy it. Otherwise, as I've already bought the three books, buying another set just to get the box wouldn't make a lot of sense.

But I'd like it to have a compartment for the DM screen, though, as well as the three books. And room for dice and character sheets 'n stuff. A sort of suitcase, really.

How about a folding case that unfolds to make a DM screen? That would be cool. I think I might invent one of those. I can see it now, double-folded with charts & tables on the inside. Maybe I can sell the idea to WotC ?

Then, there would be the DeLuxe version in hand-stitched dragon hide. Well, imitation dragon hide, of course, but real hand stitching. Limited edition, wIth a numbered certificate and your DCI number printed on it. Buy one, keep it clean, sell it on eBay in ten years time, make a fortune.

I did try using the box that I got with the 4e boxed set, but the 5e books are a bit thicker and they don't all fit in at once. A 3.5e box might work, but I never got one of those. Just measuring the thickness of the books, though, it looks as if it might be a perfect fit. Imagine freaking people out by turning up to a 5e game with what looks like a 3.5e box, waiting for them to stop shouting at you for being in the wrong game, then smirking and pulling out the 5e books. Okay, that's a bit petty. I'm not proud of that.

The box that unfolds into a DM screen is the way to go. What's the 'phone number for WotC ?
