So.. My current group are no longer satisfied with the standard "Character Sheet" as released by Wizards of the Coast for 5th Edition. While the sheet is nice and crip, we are left desiring something more.. artistic?

Anyways, I'm having trouble, so I was hoping someone might be of some help. My group is looking for a Character Sheet that throws back to the days of Basic Dungeons & Dragons and Advanced Dungeons & Dragons.
Something that is feels basic/AD&D, but still allows for the important information of 5e.
We were using AD&D sheets, and crossing out THAC0.
So, any designers out there feel up to the challenge of making a functionally artist Basic/ AD&D (Fantasy) style character sheet that has form fillable capabilities?
One of my players is hoping for a character sheet made to look like it was drawn on college ruled paper.
Anyways, just hoping some one might be of help.
Here are the ones I made for my group - made the AD&D styled one first, then found out I liked the BECM style better, and so does my group. Some of the pages involved have our house-rules built into them, but hopefully you'll be able to use at least some part.
Those look alright, but you're missing the skills.
Couple of my players said pass though. I might know a few other people who will like them, so I will pass them on those people.
