I can tell you one thing about the fonts used in 5e... there are on the shortlist of fonts that I don't already have access to.

Actually, I can tell you two things - random trivia: the Mrs Eaves font family is also used in parts of the Vampire: the Masquerade 20th Anniversary edition.

I'm seeing:

  • Bookmania (Body),
  • Interstate (Character Sheet Footers),
  • Modesto Text (Version # and download notice),
  • Mrs Eaves All Small Caps (Page Footers),
  • Mrs Eaves Small Caps (Chapter/Sections Headings),
  • Mrs Eaves XL Serif OT (Third Party Quotations; e.g. Race entries),

  • Scala Sans Offc (Sidebar/Table Body and Character Sheet), and

  • Scala Sans Sc Offc (Sidebar and Table Headings).

EDIT: Located other fonts listed in document properties and sorted alphabetically.

Thank you so much for the font info, guys.

I identified the main title font of the 5e products as Modesto Bold Condensed. http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/parkinson/modesto/condensed/
