Sorry to post in a couple forums here, but I fully support this Kickstarter from Alea Tools:

If you're looking for a fancy initiative board And/Or some cool Player Boards (i.e. fancy bent over 3"x5" cards), then please check it out.

 

For me, I think these will be a high quality addition when I DM my D&D games.
