I don't know exactly how much of a problem it would be, to just run them as is; it may be okay to just do so, depending on tastes and how good the DM is at improvising (in the case that something specific is overtly unbalanced, between the playtest material and the official release material).

| #4AaronOfBarbariaNov 14, 2014 5:27:41 | "converting" not so much, but completely ignoring the monster stats present in the PDF and using the stats for the monster of the same name (or closest fit) from the Monster Manual is certainly needed.
All the rest of the adventures should fit well enough not to be fiddled with. |
