DMG Urban Encounter Table--where do I submit a bug report?

The Random Urban Encounter table on page 114 of the DMG uses the weighted probability method (d12+d8), yet the results are listed in alphabetical order rather than by rarity. Oops.

How do I make sure the designers get this message so it can get errata?
