DnD maps for iPad?

I've seen some iPad maps for the DnD game editions in the past but wondered if anyone had an opinion or experience in which is the best to use? I have an old 1g iPad with OS 5.1 ( I know I know, I need to upgrade someday despite having an iPhone 5 myself ). 

 

I'm looking for ways to create a map on my desktop and then import it into such a cartography app, if possible. I have adobe CS5 and other apps in my creative line of work so it's not an issue.

 

Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!
