Druid Wild Shape Forms

Anyone have any information on what other forms a druid can take, especially a moon druid? Eventually they can get up to CR 6 beasts but I can't find any beast that goes above a CR 1.

There are quite a few higher CR beasts in the DM's Basic Rules, including elephan,t triceratops, polar bears, etc.  However, the elementals are all CR 5.  If the druid gets elemental wild shape at level 10, but the elementals are CR 5, then the shape remains out of reach until the druid reaches level 15.  Are there going to be CR 3 elementals in the Monster Manual?
