I completed a quick review of my MM last night and, after finally confirming I was not going out of my mind, found that my MM has pages 81 - 96 dupicated - in back to back sections.
book runs page 1 - 96 then goes back to 81 and runs to the end pg 352. (Displacer beast through Green Dragon are added twice)
Has anyone noticed duplicate sections in their books or did I just get a random faulty one???
If this isn't the norm, hold onto that copy as you got a rare misprint 
. If you aren't missing any info anyhow. If you are, I would bring it back to the store...but otherwise, an Oddity like that may be a rare find. (take this with a grain of salt, lol).

No info missing just 15 duplicate pages. My crew also suggested that I keep it pristine... I guess that means I'm buying a second copy.

No duplicate pages in mine but have 2 pages with slightly smeared ink (looks like a roller pressed on the page too hard while the ink was still slightly damp).

I don't want to look back on 5E as the edition with the crap-quality books at launch. I like 5E very much, but the books themselves have to be worth the money and be able to hold up to regular usage. So far, I'm not convinced of either quality. For the first time ever with a major release, I'd gladly favor PDFs if they were an option.

But that just means there are SEVERAL THOUSAND more people who are silent because their books, like mine, are just fine...
If you got to a store and can physically open the book, just examine it and buy it. If you can't examine it then buy it and exchange it if something is wrong (which is easier and faster than using online stuff, in my experience).
