Since the website is shutting down, can we have access to the emoticons?  Is there a place we can download a widget or a module so that these may be used in a forum or something similar?

AFAIK you should be able to download them as gifs and use them. Mellored reposted them at ENWorld, and I think they're looking at integrating them into the forums there.
